0165(3)(d) Latches on the refrigerator and big freezer were worn out. Observed a child easily opened the refrigerator without staff noticing. 0165(3)(g) Observed chipping paint on walls in toddler room. Observed the "ship" sandbox mesh cover torn and broken plastic cover on the bottom of sandbox accessible to children. One gutter downspout opens to the preschool playground at child height. It needs to be redirected so dirty water and sharp edges are not accessible to children.
